The Dr’s in this office are Great..The girls in the front office could be a more helpful..especially on the phone, I feel like I am a bother to them when I call and I feel rushed..I also don’t feel like my messages get to the person they are supposed to get to when I leave them with these girls. Our mother sees Gail for her hearing aids. I realize she is only one person and is probably very busy most of the time with her patients. My mom‘s hearing aid went out and Gail worked us in, after waiting for quite a while we were able to see another female Doctor Who we thought fixed the hearing aid but it went out again when we got home. So when I called the next morning Gail was busy so I left her a message on her voicemail. Ended up calling five times that day and each time the girls in the front told me they would make sure that Gail called me back before the end of the day and that never happened .. Now if you’re someone that depends on hearing aids you know how frustrating it must be… when they are not working and you have to go even one day without them .. A simple call back in a little more kindness on the phone would be appreciated..

We have been actively working with the office to resolve the billing issue with our insurance company BCBS for 9 months. It never make any progress. I don't have any claim issue in other doctors' office with my BCBS insurance. Without insurance coverage, the cost is pretty high.

After 5 doctors ignored my lump behind my ear, he was the one who said it was a tumor of perodid gland, he tackled the complicated surgery, successfully and was very kind and patient with me. I highly respect his bedside manners and professionalism, and his expertise.

I went in a couple weeks ago because I was having difficulty breathing through my nose when I slept. He asked me to relax my neck. I have arthritis in my neck. I couldn't relax it, so he took his tool and stretched the heck out of my outer skin & said I have allergies. He took me to the outer desk to show me what to get. I said, oh, I wanted you to check my ears for wax also. He said grumpily, "Why didn't you tell me?" He hurt me so bad getting the wax out, but I never opened my mouth. He didn't hurt as bad doing the second ear. When I put my hearing aids back in, my right ear, it felt kind of squishy. Later that day when I got home, I put a quetip in my right ear and there was fresh blood on it. I have an appointment with a new otolarncologist to check my ear for damage. I don't feel like anything is wrong, but I have to check it. I don't understand why he was so rough on me. I don't like making this report, but I also don't want anyone else to be manhandled like I… was.

Dr Succar is extremely understanding and patient with his patients.

I thought it was odd to pay your deductible before being seen and the girl up front wasn't the friendliest - The nurse that checked me in was awesome!!! Dr. Succar was good but didn't talk much or explain other than he feels nothing - you need a CT - check out girl seemed like she didn't like her job

My daughter had to have tubes put in and this guy was amazing. My son is doing great and we are so grateful!

I totally disagree with the other review. I found him to be very caring and also careful. He has no problem sending you to another for a second opinion if he has ANY doubt about what he sees. I've been to see him a few times and he has always been gentle and caring. I would highly recommend him.
