Good luck ever getting a call back from his nurse or even getting an appointment in a timely manner when you’re sick. When we finally got to this appointment that was made 2 months prior I left out in tears for my husband..This doctor is not compassionate and could care less to hear your need for help. My husband has been sick for over 6 months and we can’t get any answers or a true diagnosis.When you truly care and can see someone hurting in more ways than one explaining how it’s not normal you can’t eat, have lost over 20lbs,can’t eat bananas or applesauce without having to run to the bathroom, can’t work,severe attacks that bring cramps,you have a history of fistulas and fishers,you have had abnormal lab panels,a CT scan,and you basically can’t leave the house.The slap in the face on the way out the door see you back in 2/3 months.We left with no answers and a medication the pharmacy can’t obtain auth for because they need more info from the doctors office.

This physician and his team did not handle my situation with care and almost cost me my life. They don't call you back for days because they have too many patients and the doctor isn't very responsive to your concerns. If you want a caring doctor who is concerned about your health and willing to do their job and figure out what is actually wrong with you, this is not the doctor for you. Please reconsider choosing this doctor and this "company" because it is all about money to them.

Dr. Al-Awabdy always listens when I have questions as I have several stomach issues. I am on several medications that work well. I also have to have a Botox injection via endoscopy every so often to keep the lower part of my stomach open and not rigid as it causes severe nausea and medicine doesn’t really help when this occurs. He has a great bedside manner. Great personality and is always smiling when I see him. One of the BEST GI DOCTORS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

One of the very best GI Drs. I have ever had as my GI Drs. He pays great attention to my needs and seems to be very concerned about his patients.

My daughter started seeing Dr Al-Awabdy with many medical issues. He has gone above and beyond to help her. I am in the medical field and deal with doctors daily, he is not only great at his field but he is willing to help where he can and that is a gift in todays medical world!. I frequently refer to him.

He seemed nice enough but no follow through. He requested lab testing be done but I never got full results. Informed assistant that the problems still existed and was told they would have the Dr. get back to me from 2 different calls...still waiting.

Terrible doctor. I went in for nausea problems and he put me on probiotics and told me to wait for endoscopy for at least 6 weeks. A week later, I get a call from the pharmacy saying that he sent a prescription and I'm suppose to pick it up. There was no explanation of this med to me at the office and when I called to get an explanation, his medical assistant was extremely rude. I told them I didn't want to wait for the endoscopy and they gave me 1 possible day out of a whole month. When I told them that I will change Doctors then, all of the sudden the next day is available for endoscopy. His medical assistant also said on my chart, it's marked that I could have food allergy (which wasn't discussed what so ever at the office when I was there) or regular gastrolitis (which my primary doctor ruled out). Now I have to switch doctors and start this all over again. Thanks for wasting my money and precious time. Never go to him.

I have never had a better doctor. He has an impeccable bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is very good and has been very courteous. His assistant doesn't return calls promptly especially on the doctor's behalf.
