He is very professional will take time to sit and talk with you he really seems to care and he wants to help very friendly staff I would recommend this doctor for anyone very nice very clean office!

I have been his patient for quite a while, the wait from the time the nurse takes you to your room and when the doctor comes in from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, ridiculous!! There were only 2 patients before me,and, instead of doing my blood work during my wait, it was done afterwards! I told him my leg was in a lot of pain and he told me to make an appointment for a physical. If he didn’t want for me to be his patient, he should have said so and I would have left!!!

Staff is irresponsible & nonprofessional. Referral process requires additional Co-Pay in addition to initial appointment. Nurse and front desk are non-responsive to phone calls. Several times phone just rings, and rings during normal business hours. At times the only option for patients is to leave a voicemail and doctors or hospitals input telephone number and will return call. Have been a patient for 15 years and physical environment has improved but quality of service has hit rock bottom.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernstein’s for 3 years and I have to say I have never been treated so bad and to top it off he doesn’t care about fixing or finding the route of the problem but would rather throw pills at you and say good luck. He isn’t compassionate at all and bed-side manner is horrible. NOW the STAFF is a freaking joke. Starting off with his assistant Rose. She is rude, doesn’t ever return phone calls, doesn’t give you your results for bloodwork without leaving a ton of messages and never returns them. Just a horrible horrible place. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Bernstein is great! He always went above and beyond to help and do whatever he could for his patients. His office staff was nice; 'however, the only problem I ever had was trying to get things faxed over there. Anytime I needed files faxed to his office they would never receive them. I would definitely recommend him as a doctor though.

I visited this office for the first time recently as a new patient and cannot say enough great things. There was virtually no way, they were compassionate and caring and the doctor took the time to listen to me before recommending treatment. He also helped identify some underlying issues to my long term health issues I have been having. I am thrilled!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bernstein's since 2001. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He knows my and my husband's medical history. Not once have I called or come to his office and been treated rudely or unfairly. I know all the ladies in the front, they are funny. The only thing I will say is a negative for us is that the wait time is long when we come in the middle of the day. So, we usually ask for appointments first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. Also, the last two times that I have gone to see him, his PA was the one to see me. Both times, she had to go talk to him about my case and come back with a response and/or plan of action. Honestly, I would much rather hear it from him, but I know he's busy.

Hate hate that I have to go every month for refills and even though I have appointment I always wait at least an hour to be seen . Don't make appointment around lunch time or on Fridays otherwise plan on watching movies but this place is definitely not good as far as appointments go so plan in waiting . Sadly I've been going to him for over a year and only one time I have been in and out within 45 min with an appointment .
