Dr. Basma Mahmoud Khalil, MD

She was lazy, rude & let me suffer for months with a torn rotator, bicep & Achilles because she said it was in my head and she never did the proper testing. I wouldn't take someone I hated to her.

I've been calling everyday this week to make an appointment for a week now and everyday it's something. Monday, I called the lines were busy ALL DAY. Tuesday I called, nobody answered their phone. I left a message, to this day I havent gotten a call back. I called later on in the day and the lady who answered the phone (3 hours later, because the phone line was busy for 3 hours) someone answered, she was rude and said if I left a message they would listen and call me back. They never did. Wednesday I called, just to make an appointment and the same lady answered. Said there was no nurse and they'd listen to my message and call me back when she returned the next day. Thursday I called, once again PHONE LINE BUSY EVERYSINGLE TIME I CALLED. (WHICH I TRIED MULTIPKE TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. And then today, Friday, I've called, nobody answered the phone and after I call the line is busy. And they close early. I still have not been contacted from my message earlier in the week. I'm trying to… see my doctor because I'm sick. And my care is being neglected because they cant do their jobs. I'm very upset and most likely will be finding a new primary care doctor. Doctor Khalil doesnt listen to me during my appointments anyway.

She miss diagnosis and don't treat you for what wrong with she thinks that their nothing wrong with you but her on hospital find the things wrong say your pcp need to run and shedual further testing, it neve gets done if I was you run away. Poor doctor treat her patient like crap

Dr Khalil deserves more that 3 stars. She is very kind, courteous and compassionate. She never rushes during the visits and listens to everything you have to say. I am so glad I found . I would recommend her to everyone.
