Bassel H Mahmoud Abdallah, MD, PhD

Dr. Bassel Abdallah is a dermatologist with three decades of experience treating skin conditions and performing specialized procedures. He earned his medical degree and PhD from Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine in Cairo, followed by residency training at both Ain Shams University Hospital and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Abdallah completed fellowship training at Lahey Clinic Medical Center, further advancing his expertise in dermatological care. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.

Dr. Abdallah practices at UMass Memorial Medical Center - Hahnemann Campus in Worcester, Massachusetts. His clinical focus includes treating serious skin cancers such as basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas. He performs advanced procedures including Mohs surgery for precise cancer removal and melanoma excision. Dr. Abdallah also provides wound care services such as scalp laceration repair.
