Dr. Bassem Mazloum, MD

I was referred to Dr Mazloum by another Dr after being very disappointed with the GI dr I had. I am elated to have Dr Mazloum take me as his patient. I was so anxious when going in and he calmed me right down reassuring me that he would find out what was wrong by going one step at a time. He is very methodical and patient. His bedside manner is great. He listens to me and explains things so i can understand. I have never had a Dr as thorough, knowledgable, and caring. His staff is also very courteous and professional, i recommend Dr Mazloum to others who require help in his areas of expertise.

I had a rare cancer. Dr. Mazloum kept on keeping on until a probable diagnosis was made and sent me to MDA for further diagnosis and treatment. His tenacity was great!

He has an excellent bedside manner! Very caring and compassionate with a wonderful sense of humor and very touchy-feely. His staff was friendly and professional. I first saw him in Uvalde and later at San Antonio.
