Dr. Batool Qureshie Mir, MD

Very thorough, love having a lab right there, MA was great too!

I love Dr Mir, but her office isn't always on top of things. It doesn't make sense that all 3 receptionists go to lunch at the same time, leaving you to speak to a voicemail. Most of the voicemails just say "This extension does not answer at this time". Not great about returning calls.

Dr. Mir is a fantastic caring doctor, but some of the front office staff really leave something to be desired. On several different occasions they have been very short, rude and unhelpful.

She is a very caring doctor. One who listens well and really cares for your well being. I was with Dr Mir for almost 10 years. She took care of my 4 children, my husband and I. I have since moved out of Lansing and have yet to find another primary care physician who will care about my family as she did. She is the Best! I will never forget her and recommend her highly to anyone looking for a PCP.

The front office staff have mostly been replaced over the last couple of years and I find them to be friendlier than some I have encountered over the past few years. I have been a patient of this office for a long time and I also considered changing drs for awhile because of the rudeness of the front desk and a couple of the nurses. Now when I call or come in I find them to be helpful. I have also had a comment repeated to me by a nurse that another nurse had made about me that was extremely insulting. Dr Mir is a very caring person and I feel comfortable going in to see her. She encourages seeing specialists if she feels I need more care. Overall I would recommend this dr for women especially.

I agree with the others who commented on this doctor's staff. Besides that, she is great. She even helped me find low-cost care for my son, who does not have health insurance and was in great need. She never fails to ask about him and how he is doing. She is thorough and spends time chatting with me about anything that's troubling me or going right in my life. She needs a new staff, but is otherwise wonderful. I have never had to wait very long to see her.

I have been going to Dr. Mir for approximately 4 years and find her to be a caring and considerate Dr. with a wonderful bedside manner. She is thorough and does not hesitate to follow through with scheduling additional blood work or providing a referral to specialists. She will also often remember personal conversation from the previous visit and follow up. I agree with the other reviewers about the front office staff. I think of myself as a very even-tempered person and have found myself fuming after every interaction I have ever had with them.

Dr. Batool is lovely. Have been her patient for nearly 10 years now. No complains about her. Wait time is 30-45 mins minimum. But if we are even 10 mins late, the front staff will reschedule the appointment. They are so rude, will not even check haw sick you have been to be there.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mir for about 7 years. I find her to be very compassionate and she listens to everything I've had to tell her. There are times however when I feel as if the duration of my appts are very short. Often, I find that I've waited for her longer than I'd actually interacted with her. The other issue I have is with the reception staff. I find them to be borderline rude. I often overheard them speaking to callers in a short manner to which I have experienced this myself. They give the impression that the patient is intruding upon their time nearly to the point of being argumentative. In short these ladies are not friendly and I've often considered finding a new dr.. However, Dr. Mir's overall kindness and ability have kept me coming back all these years.
