Reprocessing and refocusing trauma is a delicate journey that needs a collaborative treatment approach, including CBT/DBT, Narrative Dream Reprocessing, and Family Systems therapy.Trained and licensed specialists begin by welcoming you into a serene and safe environment. Our drug and alcohol addiction recovery centers accommodate only six guests each, in order to cultivate a more intimate atmosphere. Comfortable furniture, airy rooms, and bright, classic decor all help …you feel at home, with roomy lounge areas. And you can always retreat to one of our private or semi-private rooms when you’re ready to have some time to yourself. Our centers are designed to inspire healing and relaxation and to create an atmosphere where guests can easily find a new path forward.Treatment begins by working together to understand how symptoms have become disabling in your daily life. As we get to know the symptoms, we tailor a personalized program specifically designed for you to target problem areas. We will identify & navigate appropriate strategies and interventions for symptom reduction, recovery, and restoring a sense of wellbeing. We will expose you to different experiential therapies such as breathwork, mindfulness, and expressive art and music therapies to help you self-regulate. Finally, we will introduce you to recovery programs to help you continue your progress post-treatment, including 12-step, SMART Recovery, and others.
