Dr. Beatrice Cardenas Kalata, MD

She doesn't adhere or practice doctor/patient confidentiality, doesn't listen to explanation of symptoms, she is in her own world and should not be in practice. She seems to be unprofessional and unethical. She needs to retire.

Dr. Beatrice Kalata is the best and most caring doctor. She is always concern of her patients' getting better. She is so dedicated to her profession that makes her one of the best doctor in America.

Please do not got to this Doctor. This place is horrible the walls are paper thin so there is no privacy when discussing your ailment, the staff has no sense of urgency. I am trying to get my medical records from here and i have been waiting 2MONTHS. Which is beyond ridiculous

The office is rundown, dirty, and dusty. I went in for a strep throat culture test and according to the staff, there was a problem at the lab so my results came back 11 days later. By then I was already all better and didn't need further treatment but the doctor refused to give me the results unless I came in and paid an additional office visit fee. She would not budge. I paid $45 for my strep test and I deserve to know my results without getting swindled into paying an additional $30!

Very unprofessional office and on two occasions I waited for over 45 mins to see the doctor when I had made an apppointment ahead of time. The staff and doctor are completely out of sync and the doctor will not relay info to you directly, rather she talks back and forth with the staff and then they relay the info to the patient. Very backwards! The final time that I went to this office, a crazy homeless man was in the waiting room talking to himself and waiting to see the doctor. Also, the office is filthy and very run-down. I would never recommend this doctor or office.
