Dr. Beatris Ther Hacopian, MD

Horrible experience. Took over a month after my visit to write my prescription. Would not call the phone number I provided for CVS mail-order pharmacy because it “wasn’t in their computer system,” instead suggesting she print out a prescription for me to fax over myself. Submitted the wrong diagnostic codes to my insurance, costing me hundreds of dollars, and refused to correct the codes until confronted with codes recommended by the Dept of Health. Improperly billed me twice for a visit and threatened to take me to collections before eventually issuing me a refund over 6 months later. For your own health, avoid any doctor with Optum.

After making 3 ER trips within a week, I called her office to make an appointment. She wouldn't give me an earlier appointment, canceled my phone appointment and referred me to ER. After seeing her a week and a half later, I did the blood work, submitted all the ER lab results and culture per her request. I am still waiting for a referral to a specialist. I have called her office numerous-numerous times telling her assistant Alisa that I still had the same symptoms. A month of nausea, diarrhea, weakness, low appetite wasn't sufficient enough for them to send me to a specialist. She has no business dealing with people. She doesn't understand she is playing with people's lives. STAY AWAY FROM HER. Her office is unprofessional, rude and they simply don't care about you.

I went to her office this morning after she canceled my appointment last week moments before our 2 pm appointment. I was fifteen minutes late, because I had to rush to beat the freeway traffic to see her in the middle of a workday that was not previously planned, and she refused to see me. I spoke with her assistant and still, she would not see me. Undependable and seriously lacks compassion.

Dr. TherHarcopian is very detailed and spends a good amount of time with you going over your history and any issues that you need addressed or she thinks may come up.

I have recommended Dr. Ther-Hacopian to numerous friends who are now recommending her to their friends. Wait time in her office is very short, she listens to what you have to say, answers your questions and gives you care options. Her diagnoses are always right on the mark. She usually knows whats going on before the test result arrive. I have never heard a bad word against her and I work in one of the hospitals she attends. Can't say enough good things about her!
