Dr. Beatriz Helena Porras, MD

She put Botox under my eyes without my permission. Left horrible bags under perfect eyes that I had so put a laser on them. Radio frequency I am now blind. I have no teeth I my hair has fallen out in my life. It’s over she needs to be held accountable and she won’t. I went out and confronted her and showed her what happened to me, and she simply ignored me and walked out of the room, my life is over I’m a recluse with giant burns all over my face, and now I have lupus and sclera derma all because she put Botox under my eyes without my permission, you never put Botox under anyone’s eyes, especially an older woman and then her nurse shoes radio frequency, and burned my entire face off. I am now. A recluse. they cannot go outside because of the scarring all over my face. I’ve lost all my hair and I’m going blind. She doesn’t deserve to have a license and she’s not even a licensed dermatologist in the United States.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Porras educated me on my Rosacea. She has an amazing line of skin care products. I love the redness relief, sunshield, and mineral pressed foundation. I have also had endermologie treatments which have amazing effects.

Dr. Porras is so knowledgeable and will be completely upfront with her patients. I would recommend her to anyone because she definitely will steer you in the right direction. Her staff is so friendly and you'll only receive the best care here!

Dr. Porras is very pushy. More concerned selling her products then why you came in. Office staff cant answer basic questions, and act like they are doing you a favor by acknowledging you. I'll find a new dr and staff that appreciates me as a customer.

Walking into Dr. Porras' office is like walking in to a beautiful, calming, luxurious spa. I see her yearly for a skin scan, and she always gives me a thorough exam, while respecting my modesty. Dr. Porras is so nice and takes the time to discuss any concerns or questions that I might have. I definitely have referred friends and family to this wonderful doctor and will continue to do so!

I saw two other dermatologists before Dr. Porras and spent a small fortune on the prescription creams they recommended with poor results. Dr. Porras immediately came up with a treatment plan of oral medications that completely solved my problem(acne). True, she does sell products and makeup but I wasn't pressured to buy. She is also a bit glamorous for a doctor, heels, big jewelry, short skirts,etc. but her beside manner is good and she clearly explains diagnosis and treatment process and goals. I recommend her highly.

Dr Porras is friendly enough until she turns a switch and starts shoving her cosmetic practice at you when you are just there for a routine mole check. She asked ME what moles I'm concerned about and didn't even have me change to get a good look at ALL of my freckles and moles. The wait time was also a huge annoyance, at least 30-45 minutes. The office had rescheduled my appointment at one point a while back as well. Overall, sorry but I wouldn't recommend the practice to anyone.

When I called Dr. Porras for an urgent appointment, I was able to be seen in a short amount of time. The dermatologist I had been seeing wouldn't be able to see me for almost 2 months and he had just removed squamous cell cancer from my face. She took time to hear my concerns and was upfront with me and my condition. I was treated with cancer eating cream which I am still in the process of using. After we get this cancer under control, she is going to help me get my skin healthy again!

Before going to Dr. Porras I went to two other dermatologist without much help. She took the time to listen and examined me. Very accurate diagnosis. I could see her experience and bedside manners. Her staff really professional and kind. I am going to recommend her to family and friends.
