Horrible experience. After 2 years of treatment and finishing up all my payments they told me that the original contract was not for the whole treatment and that after paying 5,000 y need to continue paying monthly fees and they did not know for how long. I had to go to a new ortho and he said my daughter went thru bad treatment and unnecessary pain. They don’t care about the patient time, each appointment at least 2 hours, for new braces 6 hours .... bad bad service, bad and cheap material that falls very often and they charged extra every time. So sad to see business like this taking the money away from people. I had to start all over with a new ortho pay again 6,000 but this time it was a different experience for my daughter and me no lies in the contract, no waisting my time. For new braces 30 min wait!!! And every month app 20 min wait at the most!!! Don’t waist your time with this office.

After 3 years of upper braces I had to start all over with another doctor. After spending $4000.00 and no progress she wanted to charge me more.

Always wait more than an hour for regular appointments, 41/2 hrs when I got the braces. She doesn't finished on time their proposals and then wants for Charge extra for the extra time she needs. Very unprofessional. Extremely unsatisfied. After two years and over $5,000 dlls spend I have to start all over with a new Dr.
