Dr. Frederickson, and her entire staff are awesome. I had put off cataract surgery for several year because I was scared. When I FINALLY made and kept the appointment it was so easy. The surgery center worked liked clockwork and explained everything going on and what to expect. I now wished I had done this sooner and can't wait for my next appointment so I can get the other cataract removed. I'm already not needing my glasses to read, work on the computer and watch tv. HALLELUJAH!

Dr. Frederickson has a lot of patience...she explain every thing to you so you understand, she asks questions in case you don't understand her or the procedure that is going to be done on you to me she is a awesome Ophthalmologist.

Granny I passed that class I was failing with a C. So, I finished the semester with 2 A's, one B, and one C

She performed a laser procedure and a few days later I needed to ask a question about a problem I was having. I have now been on hold with her automated office machine for over 11/2 hrs!!!! Each time at about 30-31 minutes and caller #1 guess what... you get disconnected. I will be taking my records and going elsewhere. Cancel my next appointment!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Fred performed eye surgery on me the early part of this year. She really knows her field. I am very pleased with her knowledge, her bed side manner, and her patience. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs to see an opthalmologist.

I've decided to seek a different ophtalmologist. I'm tired of spending ridiculous amounts of time at this office. I have an ongoing problem that caused me to have to go several times over the past month and even though I always have an appointment I end up having to wait at least an hour. At times, the nurse didn't seem to know what I was there for an gave me an examination that had nothing to do with my visit.
