Becky Banh Trinh King, MD

Dr. Becky King is a plastic surgeon at Intermountain Health’s Southern Utah Plastic Surgery in Saint George, Utah. She specializes in breast reconstruction, body contouring, skin cancer treatment, and reconstructive procedures following cancer or trauma. She is passionate about helping patients regain confidence and function, whether through reconstructive surgery after illness or injury or cosmetic enhancements tailored to their personal goals. Dr. King works closely with referring physicians to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Dr. King completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA before earning her medical degree at Tulane University in New Orleans. She then pursued surgical training at the University of Colorado, where she discovered her passion for plastic surgery. During her residency, she completed a two-year research fellowship, earning multiple awards for her studies on the effects of electronic cigarettes on lung …structure. She has also published and presented research on melanoma of the head and neck.

Dr. King’s expertise includes breast augmentation, breast reduction, implant removal, body contouring procedures such as abdominoplasty and liposuction, and the removal of skin lesions, scars, and lipomas. She also performs specialized procedures such as gynecomastia surgery, skin grafts, and complex reconstructions for patients recovering from trauma or cancer treatments.

Outside of work, Dr. King enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
