I have been Dr Koppuzha's patient for over 9 years. She has always been there for me. If you call her office after patient hours you many times get her answering the phone herself. She is a brilliant dedicated doctor who truly cares about her patients.

I don't usually leave comments but this one just really bothered me. Dr. Koppuzha is rude to her receptionist. From what I could tell she did no wrong and it is unprofessional to yell and scream at your staff. I was extremely uncomfortable and I felt so sad for her. I was there in the morning and the receptionist was sweet and welcoming making sure I had everything I needed. She also brought me back to the room which I knew wasn't her job because they have never done that before, but she took me back and made sure is was good to go. The receptionist is the only person there that saves that place!

Never been treated so poorly.. do not use this doctor, billed me improperly causing my 5 dollar yearly physical to cost 20x that amount.. rude and dishonest.. find another dr.. we are!

Dr. Koppuzha is the best doctor anyone could ask for. She is very caring and will not stop till she finds an answer for you. I worked for Doctor Koppuzha for many many years, and my father would not be here today if it wasn't for her.

Dr. Beena Koppuzha is very professional,knowledgeable, courteous and always follows up to see if you are o.k.orif she needs to take other measures.I would not have another primary care physician. Her staff are especially kind and courteous. They always go out of there way, when time is aloud.
