Beena Sattar

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sattar for about a year or so. She is very knowledgeable and patient focused. I have a few chronic medical conditions that have improved since seeing her as my PCP. She’s also very direct and honest about what you’re dealing with and helps you understand why compliance is so important. Highly recommend!

This doctor is HORRIBLE! She prescribed medication for headaches that has a side effect of lowering blood pressure when we discussed that I already have low blood pressure. She ignored my concerns and changed my medication 3 times. She has no business practicing medicine and only wants to make money for her colleagues through endless referrals and frequent follow-ups. This doctor does not listen and cannot be trusted.

I have been seen 3 times in the last year by Dr Sattar and each time she was thorough, respectful and professional. She answered all my questions regarding possible diagnosis, she referred me for additional testing and to a specialist downstate. That specialist said Sattar had done a thorough job. As with any doctor, I receive better care when I ask questions and do my research.
