It's disheartening when a healthcare professional doesn't meet minimum expectations. Dr Beenish Hafiz attitude is uncaring and rude. In my experience, she didn't listen to my health concerns, only provided minimum diagnostics and didnt address other health issues. She yawns frequently when you speak to her, as if she finds it boring, without even apologizing. She has done little for relieving symptoms of my auto immune issues. To sum this doctor up, she really doesn't care in general. I felt undervalued. She does not collaborate care with the patient. I continued with this doctor because it is hard to start new and I felt she may improve, however, she never changed. For others reading this, if you get a bad feeling about a doctor, don't waste your time continuing. She has other bad reviews that are spot on. Your well-being comes first!

She is an excellent , caring physician who helped diagnose and is managing my complex rheumatologic condition. She is compassionate and competent. Please don't be diswayed by negative online comments as they are it seems from chronic pain patients seeking pain meds and have a twisted world view. She is an angel for me.

Dr Hafiz diagnosed my RA before my family Dr knew what was causing my pain and swelling. Dr Hafiz ran some tests and then began treating me with medications. I've always felt extremely thankful for her expert care and knowledge and how she brought this RA under control. She moved from Illinois to Conn and I really miss her.

Dr Hafiz is truly a compassionate person who takes the time to listen and understand your ailments.....then creates a welcoming environment for your treatment plan.....I highly recommend her if you’re anywhere near Springfield Illinois

Very thero, stayed on top of my case of Vasculitis from beginning to end. This woman has a heart of gold and truly cares for her patients healing. She told me in the hospital that she might have to resort to chemo treatments and I teared up because I watched my wife go thru that treatment for another medical issue. Dr Hafiz got up from her chair next to my hospital bed and said : Awe Awe please let me get you a tissue and then went on to explain that she wasn’t trying to scare be but just to let me know of some options that might come up, at that point on I bonded with her and felt she was the one the Lord sent, I trusted every desision she made and I’m healed for now but know it can attack me again.
