Dr. Behrooz Tohidi, MD

Not happy with any of it!

Dr. Tohidi and his staff took excellent care of me! I fractured my forearm in a very difficult spot. I'm an athlete and didn't think I would get mobility or range of motion back 100%, but I did! He did an exceptional job! Thanks to Dr. Tohidi, I am back at work and am able to continue doing the things I love!

Had three different surgeries, exceptional treatment, care and follow up, staff always helpful and courteous

From the bottom of my heart, I could never express in words the gratiitude I have for Dr. Tohidi and his staff. They are truly amazing. I am a 70 year old female that recieved a left total hip replacement. Before my surgery, I thought I would be sitting in a recliner and using a wheelchair for the rest of my life but in less than a month after my surgery I am already up and dancing. He has been a blessing sent from heaven. He is so compassionate and caring. He has followed my healing process from start to finish and made sure that I received the best possible care and attention. I could never thank him enough for all he has done for me. He has truly changed my life and now I have a different outlook knowing I have such a bright future ahead!!!!!

This Dr. does not make you wait long in the waiting room, but that is because he doesn't spend much time with his patients at all. He is very short and rude, I presume because he is a Medicaid Dr. His attitude is you have '3 whole minutes to tell me your problem, ready go'!! No matter how much pain you are in with a very serious injury, he is against any pain medication. Mind you, we were not requesting tranquilizers, just something so that the patient can sleep with the extent of the injury that she has. The staff there is very cold, the Dr./intern/nurse with a white coat on/that works with Dr. Tohidi (I can't properly label her since no introduction has been made) is just very rude and presumptuous about nearly everything and is left as a 'fill in' when Dr. Tohidi's 3 minutes are up. He actually started walking out of the room while I was asking a serious question about the injury! My instincts went crazy, so I came home and did my research, you should too! He won't touch us!

"Forgot" my mother after he had admitted her to hospital. Under treated a necrotic area of surgical wound that he created. Didn't take off dressing or knee brace for up to a week. She died of complications from osteomylitis that could have been avoided if he had done his job.
