Dr. Behzad Nasehi Oskouei, MD

Fantastic cardiologist. He takes time with his patients and listens to their complains, explains diagnosis and treatment thoroughly, has a great bedside manner, cares about his patients, highly recommend him. On the flip side his Titusville office staff is really lacking, specifically his receptionist and office manager, who is completely rude and unprofessional and acts as if you are putting her out if you ever call for any reason. It’s difficult to get staff to return calls and if you get through to staff you’re put on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. Difficult in getting scheduled and they cancel appointments if an EKG tech isn’t available and don’t notify you after waiting for wks for the appt. If it weren’t for Dr Oskouei being an outstanding physician and providing excellent life saving care, I’d go elsewhere because of his unprofessional and incompetent office manager. She’s a nightmare to deal with and makes every interaction with her unpleasant. I’ve witness rude and… unprofessional behavior with the office manager and other patients in the lobby. She isn’t fit for patient care and interaction, and needs to find a new career. My first office visit after a procedure for follow up wound care was with the office manager who passes herself off as a nurse. Rather than taking me into an exam room and being given a gown to put on, she told me to stand up and “drop them” (referring to my pants), to exam my groin, in an office setting where other staff kept coming into the room and opening the door while I’m standing there with my pants and under water to my knees. Extremely unprofessional!!! This was my first introduction to his office team.

He is highly skilled. His work was flawless. Super fast recovery.

Dr. B is fantastic. He takes the time to speak with his patients, thoroughly understand why they were referred and what he can do to help. I wish all doctors were compassionate like him. I'd go back to him anytime.
