Dr. Bela Glantsman, MD

I’ve been going to this practice for over 14 years now and have been seeing Dr. Bela Glantsman… She has been great until she switched her office to a Medical Spa and has new staff. I think my Bela Glantsman has turned money hungry and does not care about her patients at all. The office has been now ignoring my calls, not returning voicemails, and not telling me why my (daily dose) prescription is not being filled. I’ve been on it for over 3 years now…I have been leaving voicemails for different reasons. I believe they are deleting my voicemails at this point. I finally got a hold of a receptionist the other day and she literally only said says hi, puts me on a 15 min hold, then hangs up. Then doesn't answer my returning calls right after the hang up… This seems strategic to me almost because I know they know what they are doing there. I may even contact the BBB. I swear I am not a crazy patient, but even if I was, I should still get a phone call returned. Something odd is happening… at this office…This is bad management on the office and it is ran by Bela Glantsman herself. I normally do not leave unkind reviews, but this is unacceptable. I feel like this is the only way they will see my message and concern. I’ve build at decade patient relationship with Dr. Glantsman and now i am going to have to find a new PC…I am now out of my medication and haven't been able to even get a hold of the doctor for weeks.

One of the beat doctor and the best be side manner a caring doctor who trys to find solutions to medical problems and works with fixing them ..She has saved my life many times by ordering tests ..I can not thank her enough

Dr. Glantsman is very understanding. She cares about the well being of her patients. Shes nice, helpful and understanding. She always tries to do the right thing.

Dr. Glantsman has been my primary physician for 6 years now. I have stuck with her even though she moved 20 miles away because she is very intelligent, empathetic, and understanding. Compared to other doctors I have had she seems to really listen, care, and want to what is absolutely the best for you.
