I have been seeing Dr. Birnbaum for many years. I am grateful I have been able to follow her to a different practice with my insurance. At my age, I have seen many doctors (and as the wife of a physician) I can say that Dr. Birnbaum is extremely knowledgeable and diligent in helping her patients find the source and treat their ailments. She is incredibly honest and forthcoming which are two traits you definitely want in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr Birnbaum and her staff!

I have been a patient for a year and have found her to be nothing but amazing. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease and she has been very thorough with me. And explains things so I can understand it all. I never feel like I’m rushed through our appointment. The office staff has always been pleasant and there is little to no wait in the waiting room. Whenever I was sick and called the office she always called me back and never made me feel as if I was bothersome. Both my primary and pulmonologist confer with her and have expressed that i’m In really good care with her. She IS my Rock Star.

Dr. Birnbaum is an exceptional doctor. She is attentive and caring. Answered our questions and included all of the family in the conversation . No wait time and the office staff fantastic .

I was taken aback at her lack of empathy and the number of times she interrupted me as I was giving her pertinent background information regarding my situation. She was all over the place as to what she thought, refused to see my MRI and x rays that were on my CDs, then asked how I spell my name and still spelled it wrong on the scripts. She also said she was ordering an MRI but then ordered an X-RAY. Called me with the MRI findings but left out a very important finding which I didn’t know about until it was released to my e-portal. I was NOT impressed by her at all.

Very uncaring individual. She wrote things on my chart that were not true. She was not good at explaining things. She cancelled two of my appointments. She works part time and if you have a problem you can wait a few days for her to call back.

She was very rude even though she made me wait a long time and misdiagnosed me even though I told her what was wrong with me and it was later proven I was correct. She later put something negative in my chart that was not true. Go to someone who truly cares and avoid the drama.
