I've been taking my elderly mom to Dr. Chan's office for over 15 years...and if you have an elderly parent sometimes its not the easiest thing to get them to visit a doctor..this has not been the case...in fact she looks forward to her visits...Dr. Chan has always been very receptive and patient with my mom...She has helped her when she needed it the most...The office staff has helped make the office experience a pleasure...From Donna and Linda who make my mom feel "at home" and often go out of their way to provide services and info when needed...they're simply wonderful people...The times that my mom has seen Dianne the Nurse Practitioner has been a very good experience...she has taken her time with my mom and is a valuable addition to the office...even the new staff have been very nice to my mom..Can't tell you enough how happy we are to have met these wonderful people...

Dr. Chan's office has a very warm atmosphere. I find that she listens to everything I say, and has never rushed me. I have been going to Dr. Chan for many years, even though her office is now a lot farther away from me than when I first went to her. I would highly recommend her.

I had seen her for a year and found her to be very limited with her medical knowledge. She was arrogant and rude when I asked her questions. Dr. Chan also rushed between patients and complained about her staff, situation, etc.
