Dr. Sartor wasted more than a year of my life taking hormones, doing US and blood works. Beside being extremely conservative she cares about money more than about patient care, after I paid everything and after waiting for more than a year to have an embryos transfer, she took off the day of the transfer and asked another doctor in the clinic to do it for me, and when I refused having the transfer done by another doctor that I do not really know, she said you can cancel the cycle. She doesn't care obviously about her patient.

Let's just say if you don't have money to pay. This is NOT a good place to go. IVF will always be the answer no matter the situation is. And she will tell you that your fat your voice is too deep and you probably have pics.

Overall, terrible experience. Would not recommend facility to my worst enemy.

Spent a year going to Dr. Sartor and feel like I wasted time because of her extremely conservative and time-wasting approach (not good when you're 40); moreover, her staff just wasn't on top of things and caused me to lose two cycles because of avoidable drug interactions. FINO's operations are extremely overtaxed, and as a consequence I believe I was short-changed in terms of my treatment. Am switching to another clinic in hopes of finding a doctor & staff that
