This office (G&D Dental Care) illegally and unethically allowed an unlicensed person by the name of Lenin Flores to perform dental work on my teeth. I have filed formal complaints with my dental insurance, New York State Education Department Office of the Professions Office of Professional Discipline, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, and the New York State Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Wait times were awful - first time I took off work to go and 45 minutes later not a peep! Made a new appointment - waited over half an hour! Our family had our teeth cleaned but she FORGOT TO CHECK FOR CAVITIES BY HAND. She said she relies on the xrays! But many cavities do not show on xray. Had to make a new appointment to get checked, visible cavity confirmed, and waited 25 minutes on day to have it filled, so did not stay. Never going back...

Very unprofessional. Waiting time long. Desk staff are not that bad. Dentist treat staff badly and unprofessional when they make a mistake, and screams their names when she needs their assistance: Friiiigida!!!, Beatriiiiiiz!!!!, Osiiiiiiiiris!!! Gee, if she needs them, why she doesn't make them stay? Dentist talk to patients about personal matter, like trying to befriend her patients. She did a bad job on me and she tried to fix it for three different times... with no results. And she made comments like: "let's see if I have it right this time". sounded like she didn't know her job and she was learning on the way. Her office and her prices are NOT from a learning oriented organization; they are from a private, experienced, highly qualified practice. Unfortunately in my case, her job didn't prove it. In my three times there, I spent twelve hours, five hours and four hours SITTING and waiting for her to finish her job.
