Dr. Bella Fridman, MD

This persona, Bella Fridman, under the guise of Doctor has no qualities to take care of patients. She did not care that I have a category 4 kidney decease and chronic heart failure when I and Medical Insurer tried to get her reply regarding prescription critical for my health. And from reviews of other patients I can see, that this kind of attitude is the rule for her, not exemption. While seeing a patient she is getting constantly distracted, because she does not have staff to do Clerical work. Her lone front desk girl acknowledged, that she knows nothing to contact Insurance company. Her basement office is dirty and equipment is primitive. Wanted medication refills, was put on hold multiple times and when she finally spoke to me, raised her voice regarding how she wastes her time constantly with this

I wish I read the reviews before visiting the doctor. (1) Not caring, not calling, not returning calls; (2) Very rude unprofessional receptionists, lying about sending results of tests or other things; (3) Caring ONLY about "co-payments". I am frustrated. 100% honest. That's why I took the time to write this. DO NOT visit this doctor.

Honestly I don't know where to start very inexperienced only cares about money doesn't care about patients in any form a person I know someone who "worked for her for 3 weeks she end up calling it a training time" and that person ended up working for free such a disappointment she doesn't deserve to be called a doctor!

Dr. (if that is appropriate title for this woman) Fridman is my pcp for a about a year, and every single time I was trying to get a professional advise from her was disappointed. Besides of dirty office which is truly in the basement and not that very bad stuff, her skils as a med are very low! She doesn't know abbreviations for certain blood tests, whether you have high fever or not, no drugs are needed - water is enough, and so on... I would never end up with her if my other doctor wouldn't recommend her. Just a wast of time and what is more important your health!!!

Possible serious condition required a prompt blood test. After asking her repeatedly for a prompt blood test she decided to send it to lab regular. Specialist doctor confirmed that a prompt blood test is required. Dr Fridman's response? "So what? then go to your specialist".

Absoloutley most rude front desk anywhere ! The wait time was 90 minutes and the doctor was very interested in me. Horrible !

Dr. Fridman has been my primary physician for three years and I am quite happy with this arrangement. This doctor is not one to push drugs on her patients and, insofar as she sees fit, decisions as to medication are arrived at democratically. The doctor and her staff are totally bilingual (at least BI-lingual - most of her patients speak Slovic languages) and I have never found her or her staff to be at a loss for rapid and accurate communication in English. The doctor has often spent time discussing my health and seems glad to have the detailed information about her patient thus gleaned. In my experience she seems to manage this kind of detailed consultation with every patient who visits the office, without getting way behind schedule as to appointments.

Im writing this little paragraph to let every one who want to choose this doctor to check first the comments and rates. I have a little bad story with her I was just got my medicade plan I didn't know how she is awfull however I went to her durty office which is in basement with only 4 chairs and smelly carbet it were only one patient before me it took from me to wait 2 hours that was just in the first visit, the second was when I got to much pain in my stomach all the night I was suffering from that pain I wait until 10 am when I went there she said u should take an appointment one week before hhhh crazy I told her how I'm going to know I will be sick you know what she said I have patient and it was only 2 patients . I got off from her I called my plan and I changed her right away , I'm dressing this comment to every one who want to take her as primary doctor think before it will be your big mistake.
