Dr. Bella K Zarubinsky, MD

The front desk literally put you on hold for 20 minutes. When you call back, again they put you on hold. I had to record this to show them how sad this really looks.

My family have been with Dr Zarubinsky for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience while under her care.Dr. always takes time to answer all my questions and address my concerns.We are truly grateful that Doctor and her entire team have been available to provide exellent care for us all these years

Nurses are very rude. They just unprofessional and never call back. They do nothing to help you. I would not recommend anybody visit this office. Parents with children have to keep away from this "Soviet Union" clinic.

The staff is VERY rude. They just dont seem to care. They look at you as if YOURE wasting THEIR time!! Im lucky if I can finish a sentence without being cut off or talked over. And the Doctor? Every time I bring my children to see her she somehow manages to blame every cold etc they have on my bad parenting. After several visits being treated like this I finally told her how I felt about her rude comments. Its a shame my insurance is so limited I have to stay stuck with this Doctor. If you are able to have several choices in Doctors unlike me, do yourself a favor and DO NOT CHOOSE this Doctor. Especially if you are not the same nationality as they are. Patients beware!!

I was very disappointed with the staff at Golf Mill Family Clinic. I finally managed to schedule an appointment (with much difficulty from the staff) only to arrive for my appointment later and find out that she never works on those particular days. I never received a phone call or message alerting me of this error. Furthermore, I was declined by the staff to make another appointment in person, and was told I had to call in the next few days. The staff did nothing to help me in this frustrating situation. I would not recommend visiting this clinic solely based on my experience with the staff.
