Dr. Ben Dean Coffey, MD

Very satisfied with him being our family Dr.. for years! If he can't figure out what is wrong he will recommend a Dr that will! Always get calls returned. If need to be seen quickly they're good work you in, the longest I've had to wait is one day.. when getting worked in, you need to expect some wait time. He listens, cares and has a friendly staff !!

Dr Coffey is the best dr I have seen by far. I would not go elsewhere. Been with him for years.

I can't actually rate the doctor, because I never saw him. After an hour and a half wait time, I had to leave to get my kids from school. I was only there for a physical. I will never go there again. I wish I had read these reviews, because I wouldn't have wasted so much time. Also, a side note, this is not a doctor's office inside of a hospital. It's a hospital. You sign in at the front desk with everyone else, and then go to registration (every time), yada yada yada. All the fun of a emergency room visit, but none of the help.

Dr Coffey would be wise to fire his nurse with the big mouth and scrappy attitude. Next to impossible to get an appointment because of her. I am looking for a New Dr..

My experience with Dr. Ben D. Coffey has been that of utter disgust. There have been a number of incidents of poor care that have caused me great distress. One incident involved an urgent health condition in which he claimed that he would be sending me to a specialist yet never followed through. The health condition involved internal bleeding. In my experience, he was very hesitant in explaining particular health matters with me and appeared as though he was not very knowledgeable. I had numerous conflicts in scheduling appointments. The straw that broke this camel's back is when I, along with others, was turned away due to my insurance, although he was in network. I had to call my insurance company and speak with them to inform them of the refusal. The insurance company then called the Dr.'s office. I had a very important condition in which I needed my medication. Needless to say, I will never be back to this office again, nor will I recommend this Dr. to anyone.
