Dr. Ben A Collins, DO

You come and make your “rounds” at on with life. Mind you On With Life is full of victims of a health condition or accident that left them with the inability to walk, talk, think, be aware, and in some cases breath in their own. These people are family members to others who are deeply wounded over the fact that their family member had something horrific happen and as a result are in this rehab facility. We pick On With Life because they offer exceptional therapies to our invaluable family members. But unfortunately we did NOT get to pick the physician who oversees their care. We were given Dr. Collins and unfortunately we can’t give you back. You are a disgrace to the medical field and your license should be under review. You waltz in every Wednesday make small talk and neglect the very reason you are there. The very reason you became a doctor!!!! You come in and say “you lose sleep over this and that” , “I dont lose” , or my personal favorite “ I think I have this puking thing… under control.” Your inappropriate comments are as unwanted as having as a doctor. Your inability to properly care for those who can’t care for themselves makes me sick. Quit with you one liners and be a doctor! Fix the problem! Properly care for my family member! When we want a certain CT or test down, guess what, DO IT!!!! You are on MY payroll, I pay your salary! Unfortunately through the fact that my family member is in OWL. Your incompetence has resulted in my cousin not getting the care she deserves. Tend to her, problem solve, properly medicate, proper therapies, proper attentiveness. Give the care to these patients that they deserve. It makes me sick that I have to even do this to get your attention. I get your retirement age, but you took an oath! Step up or get out so we can get a real doctor at this facility. Your a joke to all. Mostly, despite your incompetence. I don’t wish this on you or anyone. I don’t wish you or a family member to be in a situation that places them at a institute like On With Life and have a doctor like you. I hope they pull your license.

He cares for my daughter.

He is a very compassionate man and helped my family though a very difficult time with husband dying in hospice. Wonderful and caring office staff making sure we had everything we needed. Very patient and very informative on what to do help ease pain and shortness of breath. Would not use anyone else what a wonderful service having and Dr and nurse come to your home!!

Dr Collins is the only doctor I will see.
