Terrible doctor

First visit: It was frustratingly difficult to find an opportunity to express myself and note my symptoms as the doctor rushed me through the visit. Dr. Cranfill walked me to the front desk, put his arm over my shoulder and said, "Make sure you come back." as if he knew the appointment hadn't gone well. Second, and last visit: Rushed again, first prescription appeared to be ineffective so Cranfill said his office would send in a new prescription, no name was offered and the order was never received at the pharmacy on record.

Not sure I agree with all the other reviews. His attitude towards my daughter has been, "give her an antibiotic and call me in a month" despite the fact that all of her urine samples have been negative for any infection. Well, after several months, there has been no real attempt to figure out what the real problem is. In fact, if I hadn't been present on her last visit I seriously doubt he would have ordered the CT scan which proved she had kidney stones. Despite that finding he not only didn't offer her a any medication to help her pass said kidney stones, but dismissed her back to her primary physician because he had no clue what was wrong. Needless to say, we are seeking another urologist who will at least act like he cares. Apparently, he does not.
