Dr. Ben Zion Jacobs, MD

I was suffering bad with Kidney stones..Called him for help..would not get on the phone..but rather told the receptionist to advise me to drink water and call him the next day if the pain persists. I wound up going to emergency room was treated and had the stones removed. Never a call never a follow up and too busy to get on the phone for advice. I am now with a caring doctor. You tell me ,is this the kind of doctor you want in your most desperate time of need ?

Great bedside manner, has a medical practice because he cares about his patients.

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent diagnostician and a wonderful bedside manner! All his staff are nice and professional as well! His sonogram technician is a bit rude though.

Husband was in the emergency room for kidney stones and needed to go to his primary dr. and did not get an appt till 6 days later, Was in alot of pain and has only 1 kidney Imagine this dr making him wait 6 days now u tell me what u think of him

Takes his time makes you feel he has everything under control and will help you . He is one of the best in terms of bed side manner diagnosis and treatment. Could not have asked for better care
