Dr. Ben Johnson, MD

I love Dr Johnson I went to him with many issues and he knew just what I needed done! He will deliver my baby by c section in a few months he has always been honest with what he thinks is the right direction to take in medical decision but never pushed when I wanted to do something different! He even figured out that I had a thyroid problem when my regular Dr didn't! He is easy to talk to about anything and feel comfortable doing so!I highly recommend him to anyone!

As an RN and a patient, I would highly recommend him to anyone! He is awesome! He inserted my IUD, which was the best decision ever, and he helped me feel relaxed and explained everything. He did an amazing job.

I saw Dr.Ben W. Johnson for my first pregnancy. I had issue with waiting 25 or 30 minutes for him to spend 10 minutes or less with me. He often rushed through my questions, and sometimes asked why I was even asking a certain question. During my postpartum visit he suggested only an IUD for future birth control. I stated I was not interested and he still went into the specifics of the IUD. He said that he had seen patients end up pregnant again within a year of giving birth and he thought the IUD was a good way to prevent such a situation for me. The whole scenario was insulting. Over all he is a qualified competent OB/GYN, but lacks interpersonal skills from my experience. I would not suggest him to anybody I know.

After seeing Dr. Johnson twice concerning pelvic pain, he ordered and MRI and then said there was nothing he could do for me, wrote me a prescription for percocet and antibiotics and sent me on my way. I sought a second opinion and much to my dismay discovered that I had a severe case of endomitriosis.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bem Johnsons for a little over four months. He has always had a very professional manor. Yet he always makes me feel comfertable. I would reccomend him to anyone.
