Dr. Ben Dong Lee, DO

Really miss Dr David, but Dr Lee has proven to be a good doctor. He takes the time to listen to how the patient feels and does not rush you out of the office when your 15 minutes are up. Have noticed what some might consider rudeness of office staff. I think it is more they are overwhelmed and need some more help, but they are trying.

The office staff has gotten rude. They have no problem letting you stand there while they have personal conversations. Often they have to reschedule appointments for when they made the appointment they did not see that Dr. Lee would be doing rounds. After hearing a patient state they had just gotten out of rehab one of the office staff proceeded to talk about how nice the bars in that area are. When getting a call on test results the caller is unprofessional and rude. If you are needing a referral then be prepared to make a few calls to the office to get the staff to do the referral. Before you go to the office of the referral you should call and make sure they have the proper paperwork from Dr. Lee’s office, for many times they do not. If you are needing any medical records sent someone you need to give around two weeks and a half a dozen calls for this to be done. If going for a refill office visit for a few refills be prepared that you’ll have to call the office after the… appointment for refills, many times only half the refills are called in. It is a shame that the office staff ability and friendliness has gone so bad since Dr. Mika left. Dr. Lee had to seemed to be a doctor that cared about the patient and not in it for the money. In the past six months he has come across as always being in a hurry, listening to one thing and then he starts stating what it could be and it can be difficult to get him to listen to other matters going on with you. Often when going to another appointment he will not remember what he spoke with you about and made no note of it. Dr. Lee does not give a good explanation of test results, medical conditions or what is happening to your body because of a condition.

Dr. Lee has been my dad's doctor for years. He keeps on top of his many medical issues and has referred him to very qualified specialists when needed. Dr. Lee went above and beyond to help my dad receive the care he needed after his recent surgery. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Ben is an awesome guy. I love him he’s a real great doctor he’ll talk to you about what you need to know. And he’ll fix you up.

So far he has been an excellent doctor. Energetic, good humored and he does a great job communicating. Both listening and explaining. Have recommended to others and they have been pleased as well.

Dr Lee is knowledgeable and caring, the staffs are kind, they treat you like family, couldn't ask for better services than this.

I and another family members are patient of Dr. Lee I am 70 years old and he is one of the best doctors I have had. He does a nice job of being both professional and caring.

After 35 years with Dr. David I was unsure what was to come after a couple visits with Dr. Lee I grew very comfortable with the change. He is very knowledgeable and so far has done an excellent job. The staff is friendly and inviting. However with an excellent Dr. Usually comes lengthy waits so keep that in mind when scheduling. Overall I feel it's a five star experience and worth the wait

Dr.Lee is very caring always makes sure you understand what's going on.I was scared about loosing Dr.Mika to retirement, he's been my doc for over 30 yrs. I've developed a relationship and a trust with Dr.Lee and his staff.My whole family goes there.Hes very good and really cares.
