Dr. Ben H Lee, MD

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lee for a facial cosmetic procedure in office. I was left to wait in a back room for 45 minutes, with one update that the doctor had to take an important telephone call. I waited an additional 10 minutes, then decided to leave. The office staff told me Dr. Lee was on a conference call. I found this to be very disrespectful of my time. I never did get to meet the man, there was no follow-up or attempt to reschedule. I will move on to a better run office.

Dr. Lee Mutalated my breasts, gave me a rash, didnt give me the lift, and now I have scars and nipples that face different directions and discoloration from the rash that my own dr. couldnt diagnose. I CRY EVERYDAY BECAUSE OF WHAT DR. LEE DID TO MY BODY. BEWARE

I was very unsatisfied with their service. They did not communicate the cost of the procedure and the result of the procdure was very disappointing. I tried to work out a resolution with them but they were unwilling. I would highly recommend not using them for any cosmetic services.

Dr Lee was very caring and understanding. He wanted to know about me and what my motivation for plastic surgery was. His staff was knowledgable and answered all my questions. The front office staff was very friendly. I couldn't be happier with my results. Overall I would rate my experience as amazing and would recommend Dr Lee to friends.
