I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. HARTER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. 2 SURGERIES, BOTH WITH GREAT RESULTS. WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER. GREAT COMMUNICATOR. THE BEST.

Dr. Harter has performed two surgeries on me in the last 18 months. The first was a cubital tunnel surgery where he also found and corrected two tendons which had become twisted in the bicep. Within three days I had all the feeling back in my left hand and upon healing fully, much more flexibility and strength than I've had in that arm for several years. The second surgery was a left ring finger trigger release performed 2 1/2 weeks ago. It is healing well, and flexibility and function improves daily. He is a wonderful doctor, very caring and professional. Both my surgeries were done at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Member of reknowned group, but unfortunately Dr. Harter did not take time to properly diagnose or explain treatment options to me. He was always in a hurry and spent very little time. When hand injury did not respond to 2 month treatment he merely said, "you'll just have to live with it." Upon advice of others I went another hand surgeon in town and receicved entirely different diagnosis. Corrective surgery was scheduled immediately, with expectation that I'll regain full function, contrary to Dr. Harter's assessment following his treatment.
