Dr. Benedicto Ramos Galindo, MD

The hygiene at Dr Galindo's office is very poor. You will be very unlikely to see anyone wash their hands or pull a needle out of a sealed package. There is clutter everywhere and no attempt at general cleanliness. The Doctor and staff do not communicate treatments or costs except in short grunts. The staff was neither patient nor helpful. Everything about this place is dodgy. Stay away from this one.

Don't go to this doctor. He is a horrible doctor with only OK medical knowledge but arrogant, short tempered, has a huge ego, zero patient to explain anything to his patients, poor people skills and so on. His staff is totally incompetent. They provided me incorrect information and instructions twice which wasted my time and money. While they admitted their mistakes, they did not apologize. If you want to be treated as a human being and want to have a doctor that willing to explain the issues to you, DO NOT go to this doctor. You will be more sick when you leave his office than when you walk into it because your blood pressure will sure be skyrocketed from how you get treated in his office.
