As another patient has indicated, I was treated with disdain, yelled at, and brought to tears. The medical skills may be there but the interpersonal skills are almost absent. No one, and especially no one who has come to seek relief from suffering, should be treated so poorly by the person they've approached for help. It's shameful and the medical facility management needs to take action to ensure this behavior stops and no other patient is made to feel worthless and stupid because they are sick..

The wait time was partly my fault I was a little late for appointment so I suppose she saw some patients ahead of me. I am really anxious to get biopsy done but haven't heard a decision on that yet

When I was consulting her about surgery, her attitude was her way or the highway. She would not even hear or consider my concerns about my surgery after care. After much discussion she admitted that she had never done the specialized surgery that I needed.

This was the worst doctor that I've ever interacted with in my life. Her social skills were atrocious, and she came across as being incredibly rude, aggressive, and condescending. I will be seeking a second opinion from someone who understands how to work with people.

I made a trip to the ER with a kidney stone. Dr. Ford-Glanten was the doctor I lucked out to get. After stone wouldn't pass on it's own, she did surgery to remove stone. Very personable and explained everything to me in detail. I immediately felt comfortable talking to her and asking questions. Surgery went well and even a little ahead of scheduled time. She is my go-to urologist from now on,unless I'm lucky enough not to need one. Recommend her highly. Saw her at Centerpoint Med Center in Independence, Mo.
