Believes he is above everyone, like a god, and is very insensible to others. Likes to belittle what people explain and feel.

This happen a while ago .Now I'm writing the review. It's very sad that such a very excellent doctor have such nasty staff working for him. My Dad when for his appointment which was for 10:00a.m. a d he had to wait over 3 hours to be seen by the doctor . On top of the waiting when they called him in one of the staff member tell the other staff member why is this man here us not his turn yet. I nurse told her I pass him un he been waiting for 3 hours it's his turn now .The other staff member said well let him wait because this other is first then him. My Dad is 90 years and diabetic. That was not right from the staff member. My Dad has not gone back to Dr. Benidecto Frenandez office. But if he goes again I will make sure I go with him a d believe me this will not happen again .hope this is helpful to you.

Do not agree to have bloodwork done in office. I went under referral from my primary a year ago and I just now received a bill for lab work not being covered because I did not have a referral. When I called the office, the staff cut me off and said that it was not their respobsibility. I insisted on speaking to the office manager and explained the situation. She responded that it was my responsibility as an “informed” patient (although I did not get prior notice that my insurance wouldn’t cover the in office blood draw) to refuse. When I told her it was a shady practice to not directly inform patients since many of their patients are elderly she hung up the phone. I will be earning my primary as well as people the doctor knows personally. I’m willing to get a lawyer and pay more just to make sure this does not happen to somebody else. Horrible staff that know nothing and care nothing for “customer service”. Even if the Doctor is good the experience with the staff is a nightmare. He… needs to fire everybody including the office manager and start all over.

He has a bad attitude with obamacare patients, and I had to wait 4 hours in the waiting room

Dr. Benidecto Fernadez is a very good doctor, but the waiting period of 2 to 3+ hours and this is no acceptable. The office give you an appointment, but they go in order of showing, not your Appt. time. If Dr. would work based on Appt. time, the waiting period would be normal waiting of not more that 30 minutes. Calling y phone is a disaster, hey have a recording during working hours; the Voice mail is full. When VoiceMail is availbable the office staff DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. It Is a shame that a good dedicated and knowledgeable Doctors does no supervise his staff and procedures, and keep his office like a Republic Banana Medical practice.

i was a former patient of doc. benidecto after few years i am in need of my medical records did contact the office he is very professional doc but has a very poor staff unprofesional that gives his clinic a really bad image their rude sarcastic unable to resolve a simple problem as faxing a medical record being given the medical realease by lawyers they do not give the doc messages left to him in special a clerk her name is janelis and magda is sad that such a good doctor have a staff so incompetente and unwilling to help patients that is how they get their pay check i want to believe that this doc is unaware what is going on in his office and is not part of this unprofessional and unhelful staff this is the face of his office. to work in clinic you should be more caring on helping your patients this has been a nighmare with mr. benidecto fernandez reumathologist clinic so please be aware also i ask for the doc they denied him by phone i went to his office and he was seeing… patient they charge for each copy one dollar of the record i have being willing to pay for it and they always put and excuse i want people to known that is the kind of staff this doctor has in his office before taking any decision of going to this office hope this is of any help of thinking going to see this doctor and doesnt happen to anyone else.
