They don't schedule appointments & recommend a walk-in. Everytime I take my daughter there for a simple check up or followup my wait is at least an hour. You wait for an hour for vitals and wait another hour to see the doctor???I always feel like I'm being rushed out. The assistants there seem overwhelmed and aren't welcoming. Very bad service.

I called the office and I ask if can pick up the t.b.results for my daughter needed for school and the office told me that they need 2 days in advance to notify them, i understant that at least a notice before you pick up the records but in my case only one paper to be pick up. I beg if I can come today since this is the only day i have since everybody is so busy and the girl told me i cannot thats the office policy. Policy can always override by custumer if you have a good service. This office is super busy if you need to see doctor dont consider this office.
