Horrendous staff that can't even trivial things like iron and vitamin D deficiency. Will blame their incompetence on you then send you to specialists because they are terrible at medicine.

In the beginning, he was great doctor. Last time I was seen from hom, he didn't really care about my medical conditions. He gave me medicine that did not help my condition. I am still suffering after 2 months of my appointment with him. I will no longer br going to see Dr. Calderon.

Dr Benito Calderon has been my doctor for over 10 years already.He is one of the best doctor in this town who concern about patients.

He is money hungry and has taken over a second practice and it is just him and a PA. He does not listen, kept interrupting me and was typing into his tablet. I had to wait almost two hours just to see him. My wife is having major stomach issue and his PA and office staff could not and would not think that maybe it was urgent to see a specialist until we threatened a complaint with the state. The average wait time is at least two hours. I had just gotten out of the hospital for severe chest pains and he refused to give me a referral to a heart doctor. All he is in it for is the money.

Would not recommend at all. During the 1st visit I did not wait long. The second visit was due to headache. My appointment was at 9am I waited until 9:30am to be checked in. The assistant then put me in a room to wait for the doctor. By 10:45 another doctor came in and called me Yesenia. I told her that is not my name she looked very confused and said I'm sorry but I cannot see you and walked away. During the time she left I could hear her talking to the assistant. Then 10:50am comes by and another assistant opened the door and says OOPS! 11am comes by the assistant that said OOPS! told me "Im sorry are you waiting on the doctor." At this point I was very upset and 2 minutes later the doctor comes in, once I notify him what was wrong he told me okay it can be a tumor do some testing and I will see you then. REALLY!!! no medication for the pain, no further explination, no notification that I needed to see the clerk in order to follow up. NOTHING!!

Absolutely the worst Dr I have ever been to. I would give 1/2 a star if I could. He did not listen to my valid complaints and told me I would be fine. I took it upon myself to go to a specialist. When i told Dr Calderon my diagnosis he seemed shocked. I warn people not to go to this Dr. Find someone with a good bedside manner and someone who will listen to you. He will not!

I called many times for a refill since I am out of town and left 3 messages in two days. So far no one has called me back. To me this is simply unprofessional. I am not going to recommend this practice to anyone due to this. It also took a very long time since my exam was performed to actually receive a feedback and results. To be fair they were good in the beginning but has slacked in the last 3 months. I have yet to receive a call back form when I called nearly a month ago regarding this very prescription.

Very kind man. Office is hectic, and not the cleanest, but all in all, very efficient.
