Dr. Benjamin Richard Bashline

Dr. Bashline's staff is very unprofessional. I was told I had to leave my card on file after I paid my $40 copay and I refused to do so due to identify theft. After several attempts of coercion for me to leave my card on file and me constantly refusing, I was told that I could not be seen. I requested a refund of my copay since I was not going to be seen and was told that it would be refunded to me by the end of the day. Needless to say, the money was not refunded and now I am going thru the process of disputing the charge. I have NEVER been to an office where I was refused service because I would not leave my card. I am not sure if he is a good Dr. or not but the staff that he uses to represent him is not. I work in healthcare myself and this is very unacceptable. Choosing to leave a card on file is optional for any service, not mandatory. The way they continued to hound me to leave my card on file furthermore reassured me I was making the right decision. I have a right to protect my… finances. I am now at another Dr. where this is not mandatory.

Dr. Bashline is very professional yet personable. He knows his stuff and only advises what he feels is best for me. No smoke and mirrors. Very matter-of-fact. I trust him with my skin and that means a lot. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Bashline is awesome! He has a great personality, beside manner and explains things in a clear and precise manner. I will definitely go back to him as my primary dermatologist!
