Dr. Benjamin Z Bennov

It is the worse place to go as the medical assistants are very rude and mean to the patients even over the phone or directly. Medical assistants have no commonsense or knowledge about anything and they are not willing to direct your call to appropriate personnel. They scream at the patients instead of trying to help them out, especially towards the elderly. This should not be environment in a doctors office as they supposed to be helping patients instead of treating them in a nasty way.

Waiting a long time after appointment time, staff is very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this office if I were dying

please dont go there. the receptionists have no respect for you whatsoever. they make you wait hours to see the doctor, they treat you like a piece of crap and yells and scream at you for asking simple questions. they dont have any manners or anything. the doctor is not bad i think. he gives you prescription for anything you ask. i do not recommend.

Dr. Bennov is one of the nicest people you can have for a physician. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He listens to what you tell him and is also very thorough in ordering any tests you need in order to get a diagnosis. He also has a way of calming and reassuring his patients which I believe is a much needed though sadly overlooked aspect of medicine. Only one thing though: be prepared to wait a good while on most office visits. The place can get pretty backed up. But I think that is because he spends good time with each of his patients, so I see it as a good thing in the long run.

On multiple visits to mr bennov I've waited in excess of an hour and a half. Ridiculous.

Best family doctor i have ever seen.

my father's psa doubled in a year and reached the 4.00 in 2008. because this was on the border of "normal" to "raising a flag" Bennov's office failed to advise my dad to get biopsy. Such aggressive jump in psa was in fact alarming. 2 years later my father's prostate cancer spread out and not treatable, which would not be a case if Dr Bennov flagged this on its early stage. I would NEVER recommend this office even to an enemy. when it comes to health it is not about a quantity as it is all about quality of service. What kind of quality we can talk about if Dr Bennov's office operates as a stamp printing machine? Take care!
