in last week with my husband for our annuals and was to go back this week to have blood drawn for full panels, but that's not happening now. In fact, we're NEVER stepping foot in your office again. After suffering for 10 straight hours of incessant nausea with no other symptoms 2 nights ago, I was refused entry and told to go to urgent care or the ER instead...because BFM isn't allowing anyone inside that has ANY covid symptoms, even if they wear a mask. Reminds me of a fireman that's afraid of fire. Why are you even open when there are a-symptomatic people all over the place? Why was Dr Brashear shaming the community into wearing masks just a few months ago? So the masks don't actually work and he's scared, or he doesn't really care for his patients...or both. We're going with both. Cowardly money-grabber. In fact, I don't think he's ever in the office as I've never seen him in person. Anyway, I went to urgent care in Forney yesterday, was tested for covid (negative), had blood… drawn, got hooked up to an IV, was given an anti-nausea injection and felt immediately better for just $20. Guarantee y'all would have charged WAY more (if you'd have let me in). Not getting anymore of our money and we're finding another family doctor.

I have been going to this office for two years, during this time I have never even seen Dr. Brashear in the office. The first visit I saw Mr. Cave, I really liked him. He listened and seem to care about my issues. After that I have been seeing Ms Rebecca. She is very nice but at times I am not sure she even knows some of my problems. But I guess she has a lot of people she sees. Over all I guess I get the care I need.

When I started seeing this doctor he was very good. But now you have to request to see him instead of his practitioner and when you do see the doctor he seems irritated that he had to see you. His practitioner is terrible He is to hurried to address any medical problems you my have and is rude when you try too.

Crystal Lucas is great. Very attentive and just great!

Just moved & had to find a new doc closer. Had 1st appt today and so far very pleased. Staff is nice, doc is thorough without wasting time, addressed all my concerns.

Dr Brashear is amazing. He is skilled as well as personable. He made me feel comfortable and spent actual quality time helping me understand what I was dealing with and ways to treat it. He is so much better than my old Dr.

I have been to a lot of doctors, I have to say this was next to the worst one yet. As a professional , I found him less than desirable.

Dr. Brashear helped with a problem I'd been having for years with no relief from any other doctors I had seen about it. He offered a simple solution and it worked. I fully trust his knowledge and his advice. I believe that he's up to date with the latest of everything and a very capable physician. He is very prompt - I never have to wait over 5 - 10 ten minutes at the most. Last time I spent 35 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the time I left and it included an EKG. Remarkable in my opinion.

This Dr. is very personable. He listens to you, and seems actually interested in your concerns. He is very nice and good with kids too. Staff is great appointments quick and hardly a waiting time. He is a younger Dr. which I appreciate because I think he maybe more up to date on things than an older dr that is stuck in thier ways. He is a good DR.
