Dr. Benjamin Scott Coffey, DO

This is by far the best doctors office I have ever been too. At literally every appointment I've been to, they get me back in less than 5 minutes. I have never had such great hospitality given to me at any other medical business. I will always be thankful for what a great job they do.

I would advise people to go elsewhere. I have used Dr Coffey for about 3 years...I am now looking for a new physician. The person at the front desk is so very, very rude..she is fairly new and obviously related to someone that works there, but due to the obvious lack of concern for any patient (I have observed more joking and laughing than concern for what I have seen needed attention in the waiting room)and I am not speaking of me....but it is time to move on.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff, excellent care! I actually look forward to coming to the doctor because I know I'll be greeted with smiling faces & only be given the best medical care around.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Coffey. Blood test were given 2 times. The 2nd time I was tested for low T. The nurse that was to draw my blood started to inject me with testosterone. I just happened to notice so I stopped her. She drew my blood at that point. As bad as this was, I still visited his office to help control my blood pressure. I had 3 visits and was scheduled a 4th in a period of 5 weeks. I asked the receptionist before I left the 3rd visit if they needed anything from me. She said no. She later called to remind me of the last appointment for the next day. I showed up for that visit. She screamed across the room" do you realize that you are deliquent $109" in front of other patients. I told her that they had not billed me. She then screamed across the room that it had been turned over to collections and they would not see me. I asked to speak to the Dr and police were called on me for asking to speak with him. I was polite. Unprofessional & rude service. Never again.

I moved to town and was very nervous getting a new doctor to keep my health maintained with all my medical conditions. However, there was no reason to be worried. When i was recommended to Dr. Coffey I found an excellent, caring, knowledgeable doctor who truely cares for his patients.
