Dr. Benjamin Cole, MD

He is an amazing doctor. He always listens to my concerns and is very friendly. A lot of doctors just throw medicine at you after a 30 second chat but he always takes his time with me. Also, if I have ever needed him after hours he always answers and helps if needed. Ive never had a doctor that cared as much as he does.

This guy is barely over the age of having a skateboard fetish. Incompetent and seems to be still completing his residency requirements. Arrogant and cocky rude like most kids his age are. Once you get over the spiked hair gel, give him a try if you are looking for a pediatrician. Office staff are rude and lazy in a cushy hospital backed medical group environment. Lost appointments, lost prescriptions too. The whole office is woefully inexperienced except for 1 maybe 2 old front desk members that also worked their way into a lazy job, the rest being sadly too young and also rude and smartassed. Theirs no such thing as "the young doctor" as seen on tv. Anyone with lifetime experience int he real world is amply more qualified than anyone in this office to practice and diagnose medicine. They all need at least 12-15 yrs more experience and a slap upside the head.

He made me feel uncomfortable and treated me as though I was beneath him.

If I could give him no stars I would!! I had 2 well visit appointments for my daughters (16 and 14). Our appts were for 1:00 & 1:30. We were told to arrive at 12:30 to do paperwork. We arrived at 12:15-ish. Robert, the nurse, was great (as usual) and got everything entered into the computer in a reasonable amount of time. He was leaving the room and mentioned that he wasn't sure if Dr Cole was going to want a urine sample from the girls. He said he'd find out and let us know . Several minutes went by and I stuck my head out the door and asked if they needed to leave a sample. Robert said no and apologized for not letting us know. That was about 1:00 . At about 1:15 I popped back out and asked if Dr Cole was running behind; one of our appointments was at 1:00. Robert said no, that Dr Cole would be with us shortly. I had not seen any other cars in the parking lot, nor heard/saw any other patients so it seemed odd that he should be running behind anyway . I mentioned that I… had left my 12 yr old at home with the napping 2 years old and needed to get on with the appts. Robert reminded me our appointments were for 1:00 & 1:30. And Dr Cole would be with us soon. I do not get cell phone reception in the rooms so went up front to make sure my 12 yr old hadn't called. I also asked the receptionist about our appointment times (just to clarify that Robert and I had the correct times). She did and I said I thought I was going to need to go since it was now 1:25 and neither daughter had been seen yet . I headed back to the room to collect my children and told Robert we needed to leave (and why). I also told him that my time was valuable too . As I was speaking, a man sauntered out and stood there looking at me. I assumed it was Dr Cole . I told him what time our appointments were for and that it was 1:25 and we were leaving .He said he had been reading their charts to know what he needed before the visit. I think he's a liar. Or an extremely slow reader!! I did need a prescription for an inhaler for one of my daughters. I asked about it and he said he had to see her before writing a prescription for it. I understand that .So I said we would hurry up and see him for that . He came into the room, asked my daughter a few questions regarding her asthma and said he'd call it in. He asked about continuing the appointments and I said no . Not once did he apologize for taking so long, or anything. He's an arrogant man and we will never go back to his office .

Dr Cole took the time to explain my disease and the needed treatment. Really knows his stuff!

Needs to go back to school, and lose 45 lbs too
