Dr. Benjamin Dean Colston, OD

Every time I visit this doctor I have to wait because he has gotten behind schedule. I have a job I don’t have the luxury to constantly wait on the doctor. I made my last appointment for morning time second patient so I wouldn’t have to wait. My appointment was for 9:30 I arrived at 9:10 and at 10:00 I was not even called yet. When I asked the receptionist she said I was next and they were running behind. Mind you I heard a personal conversation that the staff was having that lasted 15 min while I was waiting. I can’t verify that the doctor in question was involved but there was a mans voice involved and how are you already that behind on one patient. I had to leave to get to my job. I asked if the doctor would contact me through the app that he recommended and a month later I still haven’t heard from him. If he really cared about his patients he would have reached out. I am hurt and frustrated. I think patients should be able to charge the doctor if they are late with our time.
