Dr. Benjamin Thomas Costello

I've been going to Dr. C for over 9 years. Yes I sometimes have to wait but I know when its my turn, he's going to take the time needed to address whatever issues I have. He shows a genuine concern for patients and their overall health. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After being referred by my gynecologist, I have been a patient of Dr. Costello for over 3 years. He takes time to listen and understands my desire to live a healthy life with clean foods and few drugs. If you want a Dr. to treat you as an intelligent adult, he's the guy for you! I have also seen other Drs. in his office and their nurse practitioner and they are all great.

dr Costello feels that his time is more important than his patients. He can be late for your appt but you cannot. If you are he will not see you and will make you reschedule appt. Poor way to serve your patients.

Dr. Costello is my new primary physician referred by Dr. Theodore Marty III.My thoughts during and immediately following my first few visits were ... "I like this man's sincere interest in my well-being; I am in good hands; I am well!"All of my friends now know about my new doctor a professional, a gentleman and a friend.

When I called to make an appointment with one of the doctors at Mount Auburn Internal Medicine, I asked the staff person to select someone who will take the time to listen to me. The staff person recommended Dr. Costello. I had actually already viewed the profiles and photos of the doctors at this practice and was hoping she would select him. I could tell from his picture that he is intelligent. From his online photo, I judged him to be in his early 40s. But he is actually in his early 30s, younger than me! I was, however, correct about his intelligence. He is very cerebral. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He listened to my entire story and asked many questions. I was astounded that he spent around 40 minutes with me. I highly recommend him, despite his youth. If you really want someone to listen and take the time to diagnose you, then he's your doctor. However, I can understand why one might want a doctor with more experience. It's just that these doctors tend to spend less than 15… minutes with you.

After years of so-so general care from Northern KY docs, my family decided to see Dr. Costello after we received a recommendation by a well-respected and experienced ER doc at Christ Hospital. Dr. C is fantastic - young (which means he's up on latest medicine/medical news & articles), patient (he spends as much time with you as you want him to and answers ALL of your questions/concerns... and he never looks at his watch), and intelligent (both on medical and non-medical remedies). He doesn't simply throw antibiotics and unnecessary tests at you like most docs nowadays; Dr. C will turn over every stone before making solid, fact-based decisions on your care. Dr. C has called both me and my wife in the past on his way home from work and from his house at night as soon as he received results from our labs - how awesome is that? I completely trust Dr. Costello with my health needs (as well as my wife's) and feel very fortunate that he's here in Cincinnati.

Outstanding physician. excellent follow-up, easy to talk with, he listens, makes patient feel that he really cares. Not afraid or too proud to seek counsel from other specialists. Mkaes his patient feel special, like a friend. Shows genuine concern for patient. Would highly recommend
