Dr. Benjamin David Crockett

I just had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Crockett's new hygienist and I was very pleased. She was very gentle, thorough, and professional. The office is comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend the new hygienist.

I've been a regular pt. at Sisters Dental for quite a while and haven't needed work other than cleanings. Then a filling fell out and I was getting food stuck between my teeth causing a lot of pain. I called and Dr. Crockett was able to squeeze me in on short notice and get it taken care of quickly. I was pleased with the professional manner of all his staff and how far dental work has progressed since I last needed work. I highly recommend.

I started going to Sisters Dental for a toothache and I was fairly nervous about dental work. Dr. Crockett took the time to ease my apprehension and explain what was going on and the options that I had. I felt very comfortable getting the treatment I needed. I have been going there since for all my regular cleanings and checkups. The whole staff is friendly and caring and truly make me feel cared for and important.

I would never go to this office again. First two large smelly Rottweilers great you as you walk in the door. The office is dingy and old and feels dirty. Worst of all is to witness the lack of care with cross contamination and sterilization. No physical barriers are used i.e. disposable headrest covers on chairs, handles of lights, x-ray head or cover on computer key board that she used with her gloves on while alternately being in my mouth, she came in and out of the room never removing the gloves she was wearing in my mouth. What did she touch out there? And that mask she pulled out of her pocket? With How many other patients did she wear the same mask? Then touch it with the blood and Silvia from my mouth and before and after, theirs? Also the instruments were unwrapped, they were not in a sterilization pouch. How many times were they touched with how many people's bare hands? Were they properly stored? I am just not comfortable with the carelessness of my well being.
