Dr. Benjamin Steven Crouch, DO

Worst orthopedist ever. He treats patients like they are in an assembly line at a factory. And then he won't answer their questions after injecting them. His PA told me that I should say I am getting a little better or my insurance might not pay for the procedure. Lamest thing I have ever heard of. This doctor is just padding his pockets with the patient's money. I finally found an orthopedist who diagnosed the problem correctly: I have two bulging discs in my back. An MRI confirmed it. I hope you read this Dr. Crouse. Start thinking about your patients instead of yourself.

I mad an appointment to see Dr. Crouch but actually saw his PA. I was sleep deprived and experiencing burning pain in my left hand. MY concerns were completely ignored by the PA who, ordered a 2500.00 test (3 weeks out), spent 5 minutes with me, and told me to go home there was nothing more he could do. I averaged 2-3 hours of sleep a night for the next two months. My hand became swollen and I went to the InstaCare facility in the same building as Dr. Crouch. The PA on call immediately gave me a Lidocaine shot and within 7 hours the symptoms were completely gone. I have been sleeping through the night ever since. I have reached out 8 times to Dr. Crouch's office to discuss the 300.00 bill I received and have not had a return call. I CANNOT in good conscious recommend Dr. Benjamin Crouch!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Crouch, waited 3 weeks to get in and actually saw his PA. He completely disregarded my symptoms, ordered a 2500.00 test to be done (3 weeks out) and told me there was nothing he could do for my pain. I had not slept more than 2-3 hours a night for over a month. Two months later I went into the InstaCare in the same facility as Dr. Crouch and the Pa gave me a Lidocaine shot. Within 7 hours my symptoms were completely gone and I have slept without any pain. I was billed 300.00 for a 5 minute session with a PA. I WILL NOTand cannot recommend Dr. Crouch in good conscious. I have tried for several months to get his office to respond and they have yet to return my calls. His Mission statement on the website is completely contradictory of the care I received.

Because of Dr Crouch, I finally feel like I can live again. I'm not in constant pain anymore. I have been a HUGE challenge for him as a patient as I don't respond to treatments the same way most people do, but it seems like he's always got a backup plan.

He failed at the procedure he attempted and referred me to a neurosurgeon. Upon my return visit for pain injection I was asked what the neuro said about his recomendations. When I told him he disagreed as it was dangerous and risky and that he was gonna attempt something different and safer and that my insurance needed a signed letter from him as to why his attempt failed he became very agitated and mad. He threw my husband out who has sat quietly and hadn't said a word. Crouch left the room my husband went out to the waiting room. Crouch came back to help me I hoped but he yelled at me said he refused to write any letter as he never fails and us never wrong. I tried to apologize for what the neuro had said. I begged him to just help me with the pain I was in to please give me the injection I was there for and he refused told me I was unprofessional and to leave and never ever come back. I even received a letter from him stating I wasn't allowed at any revere heath dr or facility He… is blocking me from getting help and medical treatments I need

I was in dire need a living a better life. I was so grateful I found Dr Crouch. He helped me figure out how to survive life with chronic migraines, by quieting them down a ton and finally feeling free of pain. He is so understanding, compassionate and friendly. I would highly recommend him if you are needing botox injections for migraines and preventative meds. Best pain management Doctor in my book.

Gave me a general simplified diagnosis and what seemed like a temporary treatment recommendation. mannerism was courteous but not personable felt like I was just a name on a piece of paper and as though I wouldn't understand and he didn't want to be inconvenienced with trying to explain it. When I asked questions, It was as though he just wanted to quickly give me a generic response and move on to the next patient. He would not explain options, outcome, complications or future outlook. Did not feel as though he cared about my situation and was just there to do his business and move on. The staff was even worse. I left feeling they were either understaffed or hated their job. Would not recommend him as far as being a personable caring doctor that, in any way, makes you feel as though he is concerned about your health and well-being or you as a person. Would summarize him and his staff as courteous in speech but impersonal.
