I am a new patient and my first impression of care from his staff (not just one of them but most of them) was horrible. The feeling from the staff was I was just “another” number and push me through. If you don’t complete step 1, you absolutely don’t move to step 2. Dr. Downie however seems compassionate and knowledgeable thus far.
