I met Dr Farley over 19 years ago and had the privilege of having him as my family doctor for 15 years . Dr Farley never made me feel rushed and he would ask questions to get to get to the bottom of my problems. He’s a very competent and friendly and compassionate person. I wish I could find another doctor as nice as Dr Farley . I hear he’s teaching now and the people that have the opportunity to have him as a mentor are so blessed!

I went to the Urgent Care center in Staunton, did not see Dr. Farley, but he was the doctor over the facility on the day of my visit. The contract that Augusta Health has with my insurance carrier states an Urgent Care visit is $25.00. But Dr. Farley billed my Urgent Care visit as a doctor visit with a specialist, so I now have a $50 copay for a specialist and the additional $25 facility charge that Augusta Health adds to all bills. So my $25 Urgent Care visit is costing me $100. My insurance company has called Augusta Health multiple times, they refuse to correct the bill stating the doctor has to resubmit his billing. So far Dr. Farley's office is not willing to do that either. So I am stuck between Augusta Health/Dr. Farley refusing to modify the bill and my insurance carrier refusing to pay for the bill. I would not recommend going to any Augusta Health Urgent Care facilities, or trusting any doctor associated with these facilities.

Dr. Farley is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing him for 17 years and he always takes his time with you.

Staff pathetic and refuses to do their job properly. They hired one person with a major personality disorder and she could get quite unruly. Poor business.

my experiance with Dr. Farley has been very good. He has a great attitude and takes as much time as needed to answere any questions that i may have. I am waiting for him to get into his next office so i can return to him. This is how much i trust him and he has been my doctor for 13 years.
